Meltdown 6 was certainly a show unlike any other. It presented itself as one of the biggest, most interesting shows i’ve had the opportunity to film and edit. Jason of Detroit Rave Scene threw the party of the century.
We had planned a multitude of shots including aerial views thanks to Eddy GSW Detroit.
7 stages insisted we had extra hands on this project. Several videographers lent their expertise which allowed me to produce one of my favorite edits.
Having a chest-mounted GoPro added some interesting footage as well. The show housed close to 3000 people!
The main challenge? Show ended early.. All of a sudden, I was limited on footage and handed an obstacle when it came to editing.
The edit went off without a hitch and was even featured on Fox 2 news. Pretty cool, although, I received no recognition..
